Players-only cookout at a coach's house (no phones the first hour)
Volunteer day together (counts as service AND bonding)
Long hike with rotating partner conversations
College game roadtrip in the fall
Cookout before home football games
Meeting place to eat after all home games
Team dinners on Thursdays
Bowling — make teams and compete
