Assistant Coach Domains

• Defense coordinator — install plan, shell drill progression, scouting reports.
• Offense coordinator — primary sets, BLOBs/SLOBs, late-clock menu.
• Player development lead — individual workout schedule.
• Operations — equipment, travel, locker room, video.
• Academics liaison — grade checks, study hall, teacher communication.

Weekly Ownership Meeting

Sunday night 30-minute call. Each coach reports: 1) what got done this week, 2) what's blocking me, 3) what I need from the head coach.
