Grade Checks

Grades every two weeks. No surprises. Academics is a program value, not a problem we react to.

Process

  1. 01Players carry grade-check forms every other Monday — signed by every teacher by Wednesday.
  2. 02Academics liaison enters into spreadsheet by Thursday.
  3. 03Any C- or below triggers a 1:1 with the coach + mandatory study hall.
  4. 04Any F = does not travel until grade is repaired.

Support Systems

  • Mandatory study hall 2x per week in season (Tuesday/Thursday, 30 min before practice).
  • Senior players paired with freshmen as academic mentors.
  • Tutor list maintained by the academics liaison.
