Feeder coaches are program staff. Treated, communicated with, and developed accordingly.

Operating Rules

Quarterly feeder-coach meeting with the varsity staff.
Shared terminology — same words for the same actions, K-12.
Feeder coaches get tickets and a sideline pass to every home game.
Year-end clinic + dinner to thank them.
