End of Shot Clock Plays

Under 8 seconds on the shot clock, we don't freelance. Every player knows the call and the look we want.

Menu

'Punch' — point-guard ISO from the wing, everyone else lifted to the corners.
'Drag' — ball screen at the top, slip for the roller if they switch.
'Stack' — double screen for our best shooter coming off the baseline.
'Get' — dribble handoff into a pick-and-roll at the elbow.
Last resort: high ball screen, attack the foul line, get to the rim or kick to the corner.

Rules

Shot quality > shot creation. An open 2 beats a contested 3.
Crash one offensive rebounder, get back with four.
Never settle for a shot at the buzzer that we wouldn't take with 15 on the clock.
